በመዲናችን የመሬት ሕግ ላይ ትኩረት ያደረገውና ”የከተማ መሬት ሕግ በአዲስ አበባ” የሚል አርዕስት ያለው መጽሐፍ ስለ መሬት ሕግ ጠቅላላ ጽንሰ ሃሳባዊ ጉዳዮችን ጨምሮ ስለ እስከዛሬው የአገራችን የመሬት ስሪት ሁኔታ፣ ከዚሁ ጋር ተያያዥነት ስላላቸው የመዲናችን ዋና ዋና ጉዳዮች ለምሳሌ የመዲናችንን የቆዳ ስፋት፣ የወሰን አከላለል እና ሕጋዊ አቋም የሚያብራሩ እንዲሁም ከመዲናችን ምስረታ ጀምሮ እስከ ዛሬ ድረስ ያለውን የመሬት ስሪት ሁኔታ የሚያስረዱ ነጥቦችን አሁን ለንባብ በበቃው የመጀመሪያው ክፍል ይዟል፡፡ ስለሆነም ይህንኑ የምርምር መጽሐፌን እንድታነ
