Andualem Befekadu Dirigiade
I have received my LLB degree from Hawassa University, Ethiopia, and my LLM degree from Addis Ababa University as well. I am focused and diligent in any task assigned to me. I have a long-lasting experience in leadership even before receiving my undergraduate degree. I have served as vice-chair of the student council and have led various committees and clubs at the university. This experience had made an opportunity to work together and met different persons who are experienced in different obligations. I gained valuable and thorough experience after being hired as a lecturer at the Bule Hora University School of Law. I have served the institution by providing specifically public law classes. I also served as chair of various committees within the department, such as the discipline and review committees. In 2018, I chaired the Academic Discipline Committee. Along with teaching and working on various tasks, I have given free legal aid services to indigent groups of people and conducted research. Latest to January 2021, besides my teaching duty, I'm serving as Registrar Coordinator of School of Law Bule Hora University.
The desire to be the best at what I do is something I grew up with and showcased in my excellent academic strides and practical success in the professional world as well. I aspire to be the best team player and my positive attitude combined with strong interpersonal skills helped me build a high-performing team. My specialties include quick learning, academic research and teamwork, skill, sensibility, and volunteering, helping to achieve my plan soon.
